Sophia Laughlin won Emerson College’s prestigious Popular Fiction Thesis Award for her novel The Gates of Horn.
Her horror flash fiction “The Salesman” was published in the ‘23-’24 edition of Page Turner Magazine.

Clarissa Janeen’s short story "Fairy Houses" won second place for prose in the 2024 California Baptist University Alumni Creative Writing Contest.
